🚀 META Ads Specialist (Remote) – Drive High-Quality Traffic to a Proven Funnel

We don’t operate like a typical marketing agency. Instead, we build and manage a highly specialized, conversion-optimized marketing system — the CCS Growth Model — designed to help qualified solar companies scale profitably.

Now, we’re looking for a sharp Meta Ads Specialist who can focus solely on driving the right traffic to it.

💼 About the Role:

This is a freelance/contract position with strong long-term potential. You’ll manage Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns to drive traffic into our optimized funnels. You won't need to handle CRM, lead nurturing, or backend systems — just focus on top-of-funnel traffic generation.

💵 Compensation: $1000/month per client

✅ Responsibilities:

◦ Core work: Build and manage Meta ad campaigns with the goal of driving traffic to our funnel.

◦ Data: Continuously analyze performance data and optimize ad campaigns for the best CTR and ROAS.

◦ Align: campaigns with the right demographic, location, etc for the best reach.

◦ Collaborate: with our team and clients to test creatives, copy, and audiences.

◦ Spend: Suggest creative strategies to keep CPCs low and maximize CTR.

⚔ Requirements

◦ Experience: 2+ years of proven experience running META Ads for lead generation (bonus if for Solar or home services)

◦ Skills: Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel (and other relevant API setups), custom audiences, A/B testing and retargeting skills are imperative.

◦ Data-driven mindset: you know what metrics matter and how to move them.

◦ Media: Excellent creative instincts for ad copy and visuals.

◦ Knowledge about landing pages, funnels and conversions.

◦ Availability to communicate and collaborate regularly (Slack/Zoom)

◦ Soft Skills: Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines.

🔥 Bonus Points If You Have:

◦ Experience generating leads for high-ticket or B2B offers

◦ Creative direction skills for static or video ad assets

◦ Experience working with specialized or boutique businesses
